TMI

A few days ago, two third graders were waiting for their mentors in the library.  I was eating lunch but happened to catch a bit of their conversation.  It was surprising to say the least.

Girl: Do you know how babies are made?

(I should have maybe stepped in at this point, but honestly, I wanted to see what she'd say.)

Boy: Yeah.

Girl: Boys put their sperm in a girl.  Do you know how it gets there?

Boy: Nooo.

(Okay, I really was going to interrupt at this point, but...)

Girl (shaking her head in disgust): Good.  You don't want to know.
